    1. I could create a leveling up series just for you.
On a dreadful Monday I’ll count a good belly laugh as a victory, it just cancels out all the negatives and I did reconnect with an old friend, that was quite nostalgic.
Ah setbacks, they do make you feel crappy don’t they? But hey, it happens, you don’t dwell on them, give yourself a minute to acknowledge it, vent if you have to. The goal is to feel it, not wallow in it. After a good vent you feel a bit more relaxed, now you can try to understand the setback, objectively, why did it happen? After all every setback is a lesson disguised as a disaster. Figure out what needs to change, what you can do differently and commit to it, you know, small, actionable steps, celebrate the tiny wins along the way.
Always bounce back, build that resilience muscle and of course, find your cheer squad, someone to talk to, people. A fresh perspective is always welcome in this vast world.

Is it about personal achievements, mindset shifts, or something else entirely? The unexpected victories you mentioned—were they small wins that added up, or something more significant? Also, how do you manage to stay so focused on the positives when setbacks come your way? Do you have a specific routine or mindset that helps you bounce back?
